Export from e2 to WordPress. First attempt.

The time has finally come: I’ve put together a script for exporting from e2 Selecta to WordPress — e2wp. The imported entries can already be found in this blog; they’re there, they’re readable, it’s just that most of the links and images are dead by now, so these entries will serve as a kind of memorial to my old blog. By the way, I’m releasing the script publicly on Google Code, in case it turns out useful to someone. Quick instructions: Back up the database first! Take the e2Notes table from the e2 blog, load it into the WordPress database, point the script at that database, check everything and run it. If something doesn’t work, write in the comments.
